In home prenatal & postpartum massage services in Santa Cruz County. Enjoy an intuitive & relaxing massage in the comfort of your own home. As a certified doula with credentials through DHCS (Medi-Cal), Stefanie is able to bill your insurance for doula visits and provide massage. Self pay clients receive their first massage donation based.
Massage is great for labor & birth preparation, nervous system regulation, and supporting your changing body & symptoms through pregnancy.

Receive holistic prenatal & birth support at home or in the hospital, sibling doula support for home births, and postpartum support. Doula service availability is based on due windows and specific needs of the family. Please inquire to learn more. Doula services can be sliding scale self pay as well as billed through insurances that cover doula services. Stefanie is also available as a back up doula for some doulas in Santa Cruz County.

You will be guided through breathing, movement practices, and receive wisdom to help you achieve your birth without medications. Receive an organized ceremony or blessingway. This ceremony is a gathering for pregnant mothers and the closest women in their life to honor the transition from pregnancy to the birth portal. Expect to be adorned in flowers, prayers, dancing or anything else you feel resonant and supportive of your journey into birth.
Closing the bones ceremony is a postpartum ancient ritual that marks the closure of the birth process. This ceremony includes light abdominal massage, being wrapped in rebozos, and honoring the closure of birth into postpartum.
