My passion started 14 years ago…

I’ve been fascinated with women’s health since I was 17 years old. From the birth of my first niece, to becoming a nurse serving in women birth, my heart has cracked open wide in serving & supporting women. It all started with a girl dreaming of making a change for women in the most important phases of their life. I chased that dream and became a labor & delivery nurse. 2 years in I felt a strong calling to seek deeper work & have more freedom to serve women holistically.

The last 7 years of my life have been committed to my nursing career, studying and mastering my own fertility and becoming devoted to the art of menstrual cycle awareness. During this time, I dove deep into learning everything I can about womb health, fertility, pregnancy, birth & postpartum. I honor these parts & phases of life as sacred, ceremonial & highly potent. Over the years I have attended many trainings & received an abundance of education, experience & knowledge on women’s health, holistic preconception, birth & postpartum.

I’ve know since I was a little girl that my mission is to serve. Creating & curating The Sunborn Collective is my dream come true.

My vision is to be able to support you holistically, helping you feel & embody the sacredness of your unique journey as a Woman.
